DRIVEN ATHLETICS, LLC REFUND POLICY

Driven Athletics, LLC offers a FULL REFUND for withdrawal from camp only if a written request (via fax or email) is received 2 weeks before the camp begins. A PARTIAL REFUND (50%) is offered for if the written request is received 1 week (7 days) before your camp begins. No refund will be offered for requests received within 6 days of camp or after camp begins.

Example: Camp date is May 2-3, 2009; written refund request must be received by no later than Saturday, April 18, 2009 for full refund; written request must be received by no later than Saturday, April 25, 2009 for 50% refund. No refund is offered for requests received Sunday, April 26, 2009 or after.

Driven Athletics, LLC does not offer a refund or partial payment for accommodations or airfare if a camp is canceled or postponed for any reason. We suggest you purchase refundable airfare and or accommodations.

DRIVEN ATHLETICS, LLC RETURNED CHECK POLICY

Checks written to Driven Athletics LLC that are returned (i.e. non-sufficient funds, etc) are subject to a $30.00 Handling Fee fee. Check writer is responsible for all costs of collection, bank charges/fees, and/or legal fees incurred by Driven Athletics, LLC in an effort to collect funds.

Parties that have submitted NSF checks to Driven Athletics, LLC are suspended from writing checks as payment for a period of two years.
